All of my sessions involved forgiving others and repenting of partnering with the lies the enemy had been feeding me. The most dramatic session was one which involved the Wall, a tool that helps you better understand your self-protective personality. After the Spirit showed me the wall it soon become clear that it was like ice—I could see through it, but only as through a sheet of ice. When we got through all the forgiveness, repentance, and breaking of lies—the wall melted! It was like I could see clearly for the first time ever. Knowing I had a Protector, I did not need the wall any longer.”

“It had been a few years since I had rededicated my life to Christ and even uncovered a calling to pursue ministry, but the closer I drew to God, the more I began to sense something was deeply wrong. Along with chronic health struggles and depression, I seemed to suffer from an inability to move forward in my life. Whenever I would begin to make headway in my career, finances, health, or ministry, something would occur to unravel all my progress. Darkly condemning thoughts of my own worthlessness flashed often through my head.
During a time of wandering from the Lord, I had shamefully dabbled in New Age practices among other unfortunate sins. I had also suffered a great deal of trauma and abuse in my life, especially at the hands of men. I began to sense God telling me that I needed special help from someone with the proper spiritual authority. After speaking with a pastor that I greatly respect and who affirmed but did not know how to help me, the Lord drove me to Healing Prayer Ministries.
The team treated me with the highest levels of respect and care as they guided me through the admittedly intense process of deep prayer and encouraged me to listen to the Holy Spirit. At the end of our second session, I was filled with an incredible lightness and supernatural joy like nothing I had ever experienced before. Jesus seemed to dance before me. I was free!
In the months following, life itself remained imperfect, but I became a different person. Scripture came alive for me. I began to speak the truth in love and stand up for righteousness where I previously would have remained passively silent. As I went about my daily tasks, I noticed a deep peace within my body and mind that I had not had before. And answers to prayers that had been blocked for years suddenly began to come one after another as my relationship with God took on new life and depth.
I am incredibly grateful for the prayer team that lovingly guided and prayed over me, for the work of Christ which transformed, healed, and delivered me, and for the strengthened connection I now have to God. In my heart of hearts, I believe that this is a process that nearly every human on the planet could greatly benefit from and should seek.“
